1. Reservation-You may make a reservation inquiry of rooms, facilities or dining to us by phone.
2. Confirmation-

1. We will send/ fax the manual for lodging in Tienhsiang Youth Activity Center after we receive your reservations
2. Please read the manual carefully; then transfer the deposit and finish the confirmation procedure during reservation period.  The reservation will not be kept after reservation period.
3. Deposit required is the total of a half of the room charge plus full amount of the first meal or a half of the place rental plus full amount of the first meal.
4. When we receive your successful deposit notice, we¡¦ll reply you the certificate of your successful deposit in paper to finish the reservation procedure.

3.Cancellations & Changes-

1. A 22-day notice before check-in date is required for cancellations.
2. A 10-day advanced notice is required if rooms need to be reduced.
3. A 3-day advanced notice is required for changes or cancellations on dining services.
4. Deposit will be deducted if there is any breach of the contract.

4. Payment and Check-out-

1. All event payments are due by 9pm on the event date.  
2. We accept cash and credit card.  Check is not accepted.
3. Check-in time: 2pm; check-out time: 10am.

5. Miscellaneous

1. Non-holiday: 15% off of the room price on Sun ¡VThur, the original room price on Fri and Sat
2. The original room price in consecutive holiday (more than and including three days), summer vacation, winter vacation, Chinese New Year
